Cancellation of contract without consent

Note that I tried numberous times to contact your Cancellations call centre, left message with switchboard hold on for 20 minutes numerous times being put on hold.

Why must I pay cancellation fee plus 1 month installment, when I did not request to cancel my account. My airtime that was supopse to be available has not been.

I demand that you contact me on 071 301 8388 & solve this query, failing to do so will result in me escalating this to the media & any one that is willing to listen.

My cell number with you guys were 0848663661. This is my 3 email. Never responded on my Previous Complaints. Lebo, Corly, Kenneth Charles, Sakhele, Chris, Collin Du Preez absoulutely disgusted by your lack of service.
