In January 2013 I paid via credit card for my daughter's wisdom tooth to be removed at the Clinton Clinic. On the 7th February 2013 I was called and notified by Elma that there was a refund due to me (R6000-00) and they need my bank account details. I requested ther to pay the refund back into my credit card. Up to now no refund was made. Every time I enquire about the refund I get a a different story - The manager is not there to authorise it - The manager is not there - The manager will do it today. I even left a message for the hospital manager, Mrs Van Der Merwe to call me but with no sucsess. Elma also stated that she cannot assist me anymore in this regard as it is now out of her hands. It is unacceptable to wait for more than 2 weeks for a refund and in the interm I must pay the interest on that money.
