BILLING DRAMA AGAIN!!!

To whom it may concern.
I refer to my two emails sent last month!!!
My billing is ONCE AGAIN incorrect!!! I am STILL BEING CHARGED FOR BIS!!!
Also! My (incorrect) grand total states R803.00 HOWEVER total amount outstanding is R967.92???!!! WHERE DO YOU PEOPLE GET YOUR FIGURES FROM??? My statement Is once again filled with things that I have no clue where they come from!!! I am TIRED of being messed around by you guys. Apparently my excess usage for last month was R181.00 - How can this be when I make a concerted effort to ensure I stay below the threshold and check my usage daily. Your service is a JOKE. I demand feedback via email URGENTLY!
