Second incorrect billing and no response

Yet again my billing is incorrect. I have been charged way more than my contract amount once again. Last month someone from Virgin Mobile called and said she was going to look into it and NEVER got back to me again. This month my billing is incorrect once again. I need this sorted urgently as THIS is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!
