Following my first complaint
I since received a phone call from Sipho assuring me I would receive a credit and my account has been rectified going forward. Thanks for the credit Cell C much appreciated, however to my surprise or NOT, I receive my November bill and walla still being charged for internet usage, still not receiving my 1 GB per month free data which I was told I would, for the second month running.
Now I have to foot the bill for incompetency on Cell C's part again, only this time the bill is higher than the previous month, yay for me. My question is what recourse do I have? phone the call centre with very limited resource, apart from being able to go into your account, and read responses from other departments which don't adequately address issues, and log another case marked as urgent, hoping that it will be picked up by someone actually interested in dealing with the issue from start to finish.
Wish me luck this time as I am going to need it..!
