Just really bad customer service

I queried my latest account which was incorrect since I received it with all of the above mentioned people and more as I've phoned in numerous times after that. I've even received written confirmation from Londiwe that my account is incorrect, but so far nothing has been done to fix it. Every time I phoned I had to explain everything again and then the problem is just being "escalated" to the right division. This kind of customer service I've received since early June. And then I'm still bluntly told I'm still liable for the incorrect amount. My contract with Virgin Mobile clearly stipulates that for a R120 per month subscription I get R100 airtime PLUS 1000 smsse. This kind of customer service and attitude is what I got since my first query on 21.6.13. Up to date nothing has been done. Account summary: charged R145 for smsse supposed to be free, charged double VAT. The usage is not correctly calculated. The grand total amount and the current amount due is not the same. Many mistakes.

The bad thing is, if you don't pay your account irrespective whether it's incorrect and you've tried from your side to fix it, your phone gets cut off.
