Hi

I tried contact centre, and the champs were not very helpful

My contract is TOP UP R459, But my statement is showing
What is the USAGE of R185???

i always see incorrect amounts on statement and ignore them,
I hate complaining. would you please rectify this and Give me a VALID explanation.
