Incorrect billing

Phoned the 0861 23 24 24 number last month to query the billing on my account. Nobody phoned me back.
Received my new statement today. Again incorrect billing. Phoned again and explained my story. Then I got cut off.
The short and long. Package Anytime 200 (aprox 87min worth of calls @R2.30 and 200mb of data)
July statement Total call duration per minute billing = 80min, billed R131.03, 93mb of data used, billed R66.86
Aug statement Total call duration per minute billing = 77min, billed R91.25, 71mb of data used, billed R70.73
Total overbilled for the 2 periods R359.87.
Please sort this out or my I opt to cancel my contract as you are in breach of the terms and conditions?
