Refurbished Problem

I have been to Vodacom 4 times in the last 18 months, since the inception of my Vodacom Contract. My Blackberry has been problematic since I got it. It was replaced with a new unit once (faulty), next replaced with a refurbished unit, which was faulty when i got it. I used it for a while and took it back. it was "repaired" and given back to me. I have now gone back another time and Vodacare tells me that they have replaced the unit once again with a refurbished unit. I use the phone for business purposes and this has proven to be very very problematic and time consuming. Vodacom and Blackberry have NOT made my working life more effecient. They have wasted more of my time and money. I have to travel there and then wait 45 minutes to be helped. It is horendous everytime I deal with Vodacare/Blackberry. I want a handset that WORKS please. I have never missed a payment and would appreciate reseprocal service.
