For the past five months cell c has been debiting R439 from my account for a contract i don't even have with them, i called in and no one can explain y i am being billed for that account and they say they are unable to reverse the debit request, meaning the debit will always go thru on my account, i am now so tired of going back and forth to the bank to reverse the transaction, and calling the call centre all the time and getting no assistance, but empty promises, can somebody do something about this already, or else I'm just gonna take the legal route and even go as far as claiming for the petrol i use driving unnecessarily to and from the bank, and for wasting a lot of my valuable time standing on the cue, this is your last chance, and u can take my word for it...
