On September 07, 2012 I received my upgraded HTC One X. Next day I had to reset, because the phone froze. Two weeks later the touch screen malfunctions and a recovered from a "serious recovery" with a report sent to HTC via the phone and the phone was taken into Mtn S/Mall. The phone was kept for five days and returned to me. On October 18, 2012 it was handed into Mtn again because of touch screen malfunction again. Phone was returned within two weeks as operational and repaired. On December 09, 2012 the phone did not switch on. I returned the phone to Mtn S/Mall and explained that I had enough of this phone and I demanded they replace the phone with a new one. However, the phone was sent in for repairs once again and they notified me on January 16, 2013 that the replacement new phone arrived and I could collect. On my arrival I was handed a second hand phone which i refused to accept. I demand a NEW phone as replacement. I will now have to contact HTC as well to get this phone replaced!
