I bought a blackberry 9790 on contract with vodacom last year june 2013. it started messing around in december 2013. so i sent it in for repairs which they replaced the unit with a REFURBISHED unit wich a week later packed up i then sent it in again and it came back unfixed. so i resent it in the next day and it took them nearly a month to repair with wich they then resent another refurbished unit wich not even a day old is messing around! so basically all they do is just give you somebody else's problems to deal with! if they are gonna replace a unit why not replace with a new unit not somebody elses junk!!!
