I have a Datamax 15 month to month contract that I took out with Telkom Business/8ta for the past 2 years.
I now need to cancel the contract as I am moving abroad but the assistance from 8ta has been non existent.
I have completed their request for contract cancellation form on numerous occasions, sent it through via email and fax with no acknowledgement or cancellation being performed. The third option is to phone the cancellations department at the number noted on the cancellation form but this number either rings or just does not connect. This is very frustrating and I don't see how 8ta can just get away with ignoring legally entitled requests for cancellations and just debiting every month.
