I have been calling the Vodacoms Cancellation centre for numerous days, however each time I only get past entering my cell number and no further. I have been on hold on my last attepmt for over 21 minutes. My previous attempts have also lead me to hold on for more than 15 miutes at a time. My query was with regards to the cancellations of 3 contract numbers, I did cancel these with Vodacom in June already, the number are still active, need to confirm with Vodacom if my understanding of cancellation dates were correct or if ther is a mistake on their side.
Do not think going forward I would like to any new business with Vodacom. I have/had 7 contracts with them simultaneously. Need this matter resolved.
