Charged for last 10 months after cancellation

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Virgin Mobile SA by telephone, email and via their website re the fact that I cancelled my 2 year contract with them last August and have noticed that they have been deducting R172 per month. I received an email from Chris Barnard stating that this did not happen so I requested after I found an email from him that he check all voice recordings and forms completed on the website as their will be a history. Every day last week I submitted a complaint via their website and have received no luck. I tried calling the cancellations department and the lady called Christine put me on hold for over 13 minutes. I am not happy with the service and feel that I am needing your assistance. They owe me R172 for the last 10 months that they have deducted this. As they can see - there has been no activity on the Virgin Mobile number (0741005930) as I cancelled it online in August 2012 and an agent still called me to verify the cancellation and still tried to offer me an upgrade which I refused. Please help me with my endeavour as their customer support is appalling and I have tried for over 2 weeks. No luck. Regards Emma Donegan
