Kept on hold for 15 minutes

I am furious about the poor service I'm receiving from mWeb. They were quick to sell me a data package and mobile Internet device, and very efficient at taking my money. Then on taking delivery I had to phone in to activate the contract. Fair enough you might think. So I called the number, was immediately put on hold with the most inane background music, waiting as my airtime ran out. After 15 minutes the call was picked up, transferred, put on hold another 5 minutes and then dropped.
So now my airtime is used up and I am no closer to getting the data activated.

This seems ridiculous as the sales department responded to 1 email, and phoned me numerous times to close the deal, yet the service guys would not take my number to return my call even when I stressed I was running out of call time.

Now I need to buy more airtime and pay more to get what I've already paid for with the contract.

mWeb your after sales service is atrocious. The only way you can make this up is to email me at [Email Removed] or phone me (you should have all my contact details on record) and fix this. You should also refund me the airtime wasted by your call centre.
