Unable to assist with termination of contract

Early termination of contract:
I have tried numerous times to get hold of someone to give me the amount that I must pay to cancel my contract. Every time they say they will transfer me to the cancellation department : 1. hold on for 20 minutes AFTER CALL TRANSFER and eventually
the call ends automatically. 2. Sorry system down phone back to tomorrow.
3. Sorry, we cant assist you over the weekend, contact us during the week.
10 DAYS LATER...!!!
Is this a way you try not to cancel your clients contracts by avoiding to assist them? As soon as they ask me why do I want to cancel theN suddenly system down or transfer to cancellation department never happens... PLEASE CONTACT ME I'M FEDUP!! GAIL NORMAN
