I have logged a complaint since 3-11-2013 about a issue on my upgrade. Also submitted affidavit and copies of my ID. no one from vodacom never bothers to call me about the investigation progress. I made several calls to 082111 and always the promise that the back office will contact me in less than 24hours and they did send a message to the person responsible. The other thing that worries me is that every time I call they re-direct my log saying it was logged with a wrong department, I don't understand since my request was clear.
