No Feedback on my credit

I have an outstanding Query: S3-TP12P-P6SSB, this issue was logged on the 01/05/2013, It was said that I would get a credit and I would receive Feedback within 2 weeks.

I phoned in the 20/05/2013 to try and get feedback, the people could not really help me, I would get a call back within 24hours.
24hours past, I had to call again - that person told me that I am unreachable, I have advised that I am available via mobile, sms and my office number - I need an update on the credit. He said it was approved and it will appear in my Vodacom account.

I had to call again today 24/05/2013, being on the phone for almost an hour just to find out the credit has not been approved yet.
I spoke to a lady in the finance department that said she will make a note on my query for the data department to look into my issue and provide feedback. That note does not reflect on my query.

1. for 3 weeks nothing was done in regards to my credit
2. I need to keep calling your call centre.

I have a paying customer for 8 years, never having an issue, but this has pushed me over the edge.
I am really thinking of cancelling this contract due to bad service.
