Logged a complained on the 20/5/2013 and I was promised a feedback by Rashieda Jattiem no responds from Vodacom Repairs Escalation Desk, Seriously Vodacom doesn't value its customers, send my phone for software upgrade then no one updated me about the progress of my phone till I follow it up and they told me my charger slot is damaged but when I handed it in my phone was working fine
