Poor Service Delivery!!!

I received a new device from MTN Direct, I was instructed to call 0831239622 to activate the sim card. Four days later it was inactive even though I tried a number of times to contact the call centre to speak to a agent, the call disconnects. I then visited a service consultant, Boitumelo, at the Brooklyn Mall, who displayed the most unprofessional behaviour. She told me 'You must not do something stupid by ordering a phone through MTN direct... you only come to us when you have a problem' I was not impressed! I I attempted to apply for insurance on the new device. I have called the call centre number provided and I can never get through to a agent, I waited 50 minutes, 30 minutes and 20 minutes on three attempts and NEVER spoke to a agent. I also attempted to complete the online application forms, which was unsuccessful. Once submitted, the system states the security code is incorrect!! I would highly appreciate it if this matter could be resolved urgently.
