Terrible communication and administration

On the 8th of Nov my tablet was delivered, that I ordered on Vodacom online to my disappointment it was a 7'' tablet I immediately drove to the Vodacom regional offices to report my dissatisfaction they were extremely helpful and understanding and put me through to Vodacom online immediately I logged my request for a swop after a week I have not heard anything I called Vodacom online to check on the progress I was informed that the swap request was being processed and they will call me, I cannot call them. I was then given the following number to call and speak to 'Danie' 011 555 5555 (they are a lighting company) I then logged a query on the Vodacom website, I received a message that my swop was in progress. I called Vodacom on the 28 Nov again as I had still not received any communication, I cancelled the contract, their courier collected the tablet which was still sealed, they asked me to call after a few days to confirm that they received the parcel, I called on the 11/12 they confirmed receipt and I confirmed cancellation. DD has gone off for 2 months now R269/mth I called again 13/01 about my refund. Still not reply. I just want my money back!
