My contract has expired on the 30 of October 2013 and I have fully paid their services, but now when I look at my billing online it says that I owe them R189.00 which is not fair. I have tried to contact them for cancellation but I never reach to any agent. Last month I paid them R189.00 and the lady I spoke too she said it will be terminated as soon as i pay it, so to my consent i did pay but now they still charging me for what exactly? The account has been expired they should stop billing me for nothing. Sorry MTN i am so not interested to pay that R189.00 you can take back your data. No thank you.
