Good Day

I took out a contract with MTN last year. The QC57 Laptop for R189 a month plus 75 bundles Internet free. My concern is that since I took out the contract my bill have been more the R700 a month. I've been told that the resean for that is because once my 75 bundles internet is done the account is charged extra. I haven't been on the internet for some time, but still my bill is more then the R189/pm I've contracted for. I would really appreciate it if you can help me with this matter as my contract is for R189/pm unless I go over my 75 bundles free. My account no is A2744837.I've sent mtn numerous emails with reff no REQ:2106064 & #6551822, but up to date they haven't come back to me. I would really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
