Poor response on amending warranty premium

In July 2012 I was contacted about getting an extended warranty for my car since the manufacturer warranty was ending soon. The gentleman quoted a premium of R189 per month since my vehicle value is under R100, 000. He has also send me a document that did also indicate the amount. I have come to notice that I was charged R249 instead of R189 since the August 2012. That is an over charge of R60 per month. I have contacted Liquid Capital about this and they have amended it, however SA Warranties is still billing me R249. In February 2013, I contacted SA Warranties and they said they'll investigate. It has been 4 months and no one contacts me to let me know what is happening.
Clearly they are only interested in their own pocket and taking their customers seriously. I'm disgusted at the way this has been handled. I'm still waiting to be refunded and an apology for the company.
