Cellc refuses to refund my R1541 the from my bank account for my R189 data contract and have now deducted another R1049 for the same R189 data contract. This is daylight. Hope the ombudsman sorts this out soon so I can cancel my 4 cellc contracts and move to a less corrupt service provider. 10 years with cellc and this is how I get treated.
