SERVICE SUSPENDED - technical error?

This morning both my lines were suspended. Got an SMS notifying me of this, no warning. After 25mins of holding, my line was reconnected. Wanting an answer from a supervisor about how my time and business lost would be re-inbursed. After holding for a further 2 calls and 1 hour later, no one could give me an answer.

Maybe I'll get and answer from this.

I lost time and business due to this TECHNICAL ERROR. I give a service and my time is money. What do I get for over 10 years of loyalty?
