3 weeks ago i was called by a consultant who sold me this package of My music, phone Box and noncese and advised in her call that its free for the 1st month and if you wish to keep the service they will bill you the next month. a week after this call i get my statement for my billing at the end of the current month where i saw that this new package is now billed and i never even used the service it was just sold to me a week before. i called and cancelled the services as its ridiculous to bill me for a service i never even had a week and that was suppose to be free in the 1st place. Autopage deducted R379 from my bank account and my top up bill amounts to monthly R189.00 which mean i paid an extra R189 for these services that i cancelled and never used. I call autopgae and a manager is never available. the consultants are rude and conveniently put you on hold till you eventually drop the call after waiting so long. they keep telling you they logged a call but nothing comes from it. they told me they credited back R69 and i will never be refunded my R189... i cant wait for this contract to end this is the most crooked phone company ever.
