I took out the CellC 20 Giga data package which is 5GB peak 15 GB off peak for R189 month. I was ensured that I would not be charged more than R189 per month. On 29 June 2013, R1 541.35 was debited to my account with reference CELL C SP 32414874 11955533. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I was also charged an unpaid item fee. This is unacceptable and I want this corrected immediately and refunded for the unpaid item fee. If not done today I will be laying a complaint with the consumer, credit and communications ombudsman, amonst others, tomorrow.
