2 Weeks ago placed an order for an Apple Ipad 16gb, to date no f-ing Ipad. Also people say they will get back to you they never do... To be honest i'm so fed up with this. I feel like just cancelling all of my contracts currently in place with Vodacom. As a loyal customer for many years now, I have never been so disgusted with the service i've received the past few weeks. I even have laid complaints everywhere and I get the classic we'll get back to you, and shock horror no one gets back to you! I hard is it to get an f-ing singular Ipad!!! sure you guys are super awesome taking the money off my account every month no hiccups there ever. But just try get something out of you guys... Fat chance. Well i'm sure ill get a call from someone who will do absolutely nothing, probably say that you will get back to me that will probably not happen either...
