Utterly fed up with Vodacom

My Vodacom account had been handled appallingly and I am in a position now, where I want nothing to do with this service provider. I have two contracts with Vodacom, one for an IPad and one for a Blackberry. The series of encounters I have had with them in the past month is ludicrous and and almost comical.
It started when I upgraded the one contract to an IPad 4 I was then billed an exorbitant amount of money for what all the agents called Data or iTunes purchases. Only to discover that they were billing me for a month in which I didn't even have an IPad. During the very lengthy process of trying to sort out this account problem, Vodacom suspended my blackberry on the other contract due to the payment issue on the IPad contract. In order to rectify this because I need my phone I was forced to pay an amount that I didn't owe. Finally after in the region of forty phone calls to customer services and numerous trips to Vodacom outlets, this account issue was sorted out. A few weeks later (now) my blackberry bis just cuts. I have been dealing with this problem for the past week now and no one can ascertain what the problem is. All the while I have been paying. I will contact ICASA too
