Terrible Service at Vodacom 4U WonderPark (Ipad)

I made a contract application (for Ipad 16GB with Wifi Router 2GB for R379 p/m) on the week of 22/07/2013 and was approved immediately based on the elapsing top-up contract i had with Vodacom. The lady who helped me did not find the specified device in the storeroom for me to take home with but promised that I can come collect within 3 weeks. 2 weeks later missed a call from 0125497086 which I assumed was to do with the Ipad and phoned back. The call recipient confirmed again on 08/08/2013 that the Ipad is ready for collection. I also verified what needs to be brought along for collection, which the recipient responded that my ID book only is enought to collect. To my surprise on arrival on 08/08/2013 at about 17H30, Lebo told me I can't get the Ipad without having 3-months bank statement, salary advice and proof of residence. That was a shock of my life when i was told that it was a re-application. I guess its not my fault that the device was not there when they approved my application and i was definitely a contract customer then. I don't understand why should I re-apply after such dissappointment for my wife's women's day present. All I get is one-ring miss calls. This.
