No feedback on my Insurance claim

I lost my phone and send through my claim last week Monday. I have trying to call in several times but there no one picking the phone and informing me what is taking place.
My claim was sent through email [Email Removed] and all calls to 0831236084.I will be glad if someone from the insurance division can inform me how long does it take to process a claim and what channels should be used.
