VODACOM FAILS 3G ON ALL ACCOUNTS

I am at my wit's end with the unprofessional, incompetent treatment I have had from Vodacom. With absolutely NO warning, no sms or email, my 3G was removed from my ipad. When I phoned customer care, they said it was because I had 'exceeded my balance'. What 'balance? ' Apparently, in May, I consumed R1200 of data. I've had this contract for the past 24 months&get 2Gig a month, yet in that time have only used 22.1Gig... less than 1 a month. I disputed the claim&5 days later, IT dept phoned to say I had been using 'video downloads' which spiked my May account. When I asked them to tell me which websites, they said I'd have to go to a Vodacare shop for them to open my ipad&tell me. This I did&the technition there said he couldn't do that&it is absolutely possible for the Call Centre IT guys to tell me where I had consumed such amounts. I phoned back&was then told I must pay R300 to get re-connected&they would sort out the rest from there. Then I was told by Mzau at the call centre that the IT people COULD help me&that someone would phone me back. No one ever did. THREE WEEKS later, I am no further down the road. Trying to get help from Vodacom could drive one to suicide.
