6 months of calling the careline and asking to resolve the problem of not being able to dial my fiance's number. Whats the point of having a phone if I cannot call the most important number in my life. Its is what it is. No one has got back to me in 2 months since I last reported the incident. I am paying R600 rand a month for a paperweight and not a smartphone. I would appreciate a call or some assitance. I am sure there is a legal route I can follow since I was sold faulty goods. I will seek legal counsel as I am tired of being to and ignored.
