Contract upgraded without delivery of the device

Its so sad how vodacom campaign to us when one wants a new contract,
i had a contract which was due for upgrade. because they claimed is cheaper to order online i followed the same route. when it comes that they must deliver nothing has happened. my contract is been extended to 2015 yet i dont have the device i upgraded to. its so sad that when one needs to cancel the contract or renew the assistance at vodacom idirect even have the guards to tell a customer that they cant help because there's no stock and unfortunately i have to cancel the order and do new one with higher price.

i upgraded from samsung tablet 10.1 to hp pavilion laptop but it took decades for me to understand that prices have increased and they dont want to offer me the laptop at the previous price. the assistant who help me place the order is timothy and he said first week of november 2013 laptop stock will be available and i'll be handed my laptop.

even today i'm still running between vodashop and idirect to understand what the problem. the reference number is U550118. may vodacom please review thier customer service principles cause even when vodashop calls them they confirm that stock is available.
