I upgraded my 3G contract on the 12 of September 2013 & opted for the HP laptop with the wireless router. I received the laptop on that day but was told that there was currently no stock of the router. I was then told that Vodacom Cresta will contact me as soon as the stock arrives. Needless to say no one has contacted me since todate. I have been to the Vodacom Cresta shop on several occations to get an up date but its been a month now & I still don't have my wireless router.
I have been a Vodacom customer for a very long time & have never had a problem until now. I am appalled at their customer service & the commitment to their customers.
