I had a contract phone with vodacom, contract was ending end of October 2013, no one called me about the upgrade I received an sms that I upgraded my contract with the Laptop, I foned them to ask about this they said I must go to police station to make an affidavit and fax it to them I did that no one contacted me afterwards but they are deducting money in my account for the laptop that I never received, my problem is they have my old adress I moved from Cape town 2 yrs ago they don't have my new adress where did they deliver this Laptop
