Misleading cnsumers

I ported to vodcom 2months ago, the lady who help me, said that I will be able to the web free if m bis is activated, that only happend the 1st month, now vodacom keep on taking m airtime nd refuses to refund me the airtime, insteas of porting, the lady@ vodacom changed m cell numbr without informing me, I only found out recently about this new nmbr after I called the call centre, seeing that m phonewas constantly on voicemail even though m phone was on, now I need to change m nmbr at instutions where I bank, medical aid, m doctors, nd I have to teach m kids m new nmbr, what an inconveniece
