No response from Cancelations

After having to lodge a complaint about miss-information from your company regarding cancellations, I spoke to 3 people, the third one finally got a copy of my cancellation request and forwarded it onto the correct department.

This was on the 7th already, so over 2 weeks a go and not a word since.
