I never learn. After porting my 1st number from MTN in Jan 2013 and having endless problems with Vodacom's online sales service and number porting I went and had my second number ported from MTN to Vodacom in Mar 2013. The phone was delivered with out a problems but 4 days later they still have not activated the number on the vodacom network. On Saturday 9th Mar, I was on hold for 35 minutes before someone was able to assist. I explained that I needed my number activated which Milton said he would have done. On Sunday he called to sat that there was a problem and that he would advise IT. It is know Monday 11th Mar and the number has still not been ported. I am now holding for 20 minutes with no Answer from the Vodacom Aftersales Call Centre and now I get cut off as soon as someone answers.
Further to this Vodacom insists on torturing its clients for Whoopa Gandam Style, Shosoloza and Super Gees. I want to MURDER someone preferable the the that decided to play these three songs in a constant loop!!!
