VODACOM is the worst service in south Africa, even the local government supply rate is much better. This is what happened. I tried to upgrade after my 24 months cellphone contract expired so I was told no you cant upgrade as there is another 10? months or so left, but by now the contract is already 26 months old and the handset as well. The phone is quite used up, cant go in for repairs as it is out of warranty with 2 months. So yesterday the phoned me and I was told oky fine you can do a premature upgrade so today I went to go and do that as i need a new phone. When i got to the store I was informed that no your account is in arrears with R2.59 but no one of the circus clowns could told me since when is it in areas or how did that happen. I f i would like to cancel my contract to get away from their bad bad bad service I must pay one of an amount although my contract is older than 24 months so they force you to stick to their bad service. As long as they get your money the end of the month they feel a flying about you. i will not recommend any one not even my bigest enemy to go to vodacom as you are going to waist your money and time and you will not get service at all!
