I purchased a R10 Pay As You Go voucher, and tried to scratch it to get the recharge numbers. I did not realise that it had to be opened. When I opened it all the numbers except 5 had been blacked out. The call centre said they need 8 numbers plus serial number. I asked to speak to the supervisor but not able to. I need the aitime for an emergency. Ref No 10613740150.
