Premature updgrade

HEy,
I was struggling with vodacom for 3 hours today
I would like to do a premature upgrade with vodacom we have about 5 contracts with vodacom and been a client for over ten year been paying on time every month and i think been a good client.
My fone died today and i need a urgent replacement i am 5 months out of my upgrade period and they cant even help me i even asked if i can pay the outstand amount of the contract over a monthly basis NO sir, sorry sir sorry sir and i want to upgrade to a bigger contract too please can you help me out here
