Very bad Experience with my Upgrade

Since I upgraded 6 months ago, from Blackberry to iPhone 5, i've been very unhappy. This a company contract.

The iPhone 5 I got had problem with wifi connection & I believe it's a manufacturing defect that affected the antenna. It dropped constantly and sometimes never connected. Since i'm a business man and do all my emails on the phone, I depleted lot of data. I took the phone 2 times to Vodacom in Midrand and all they did was to upgrade software, something I could do myself. The phone continued to give me problems even after that & Vodacom was reluctant to swap it.

This carried on until I went to a store in Sandton and made a scene & that's when the phone was swapped. I mean after 6 months. And the new iPhone 5 I got is working perfectly. This proves that I was right about the other 1 being faulty.

I'm glad the phone is swapped but very disappointed that it took more than 6 months & the fact that I had to fight first. Hope you look into this and improve your service. When one upgrades or purchase a phone or any gadget for that matter, he/ she expect it to work as the manufacturer promise it will work. And from my knowledge Apple wont have a problem swapping a faulty handset
