I upgraded my contracted on 21 march 2013 and my new blackberry keeps rebootng itself. I took it into the vodacom shop at the mall @ reds where I got the phone as their policy is to swap a faulty phone within 7 days however they refused and insisted on doing a software upgrade. This software upgrade did not fix the problem and my son and. Daughter went back the store today to get the phone swapped as I was told they would swap it if the same problem occurred. The staff and store manager were extremely rude to my kids and refused to swap the phone.

Terrible service with bad attitudes!!!
