Vodacom
IPhone 5 and LTE and Vodacom

I Upgraded to an iphone 5 with LTE in late Jan 2013, The Phone worked perfectly until Vodacom did the carrier update and the new IOS to support LTE, Since then if I try use the phone it will drop into a No Service mode and requires a reboot constantly. sometime 5 or 6 times a day, I spoke numerous times to the support desk and logged a call on the 13 Feb 2013 and again on the 3 March 2013 for the same problem. I'm on the Latest IOS for the phone. The Vodacom solution is pathetic to disable LTE, The problem then is that the phone has a preference for an Edge connection and not 3G. I Just got off the phone now to be told that the problem may take another 2 to 3 months for them to sort out, They never have any other feedback other than they are working on it and you must just pay for the bad network and bad service, I have been a customer with Vodacom since 1995. When I speak to accounts department to look at cancelling they say I have to pay the balance of the contract period? Why should I when they cant make it all work correctly, Why MUST I just wait and be patient for them when I pay for the service
