I have recently upgraded my Vodacom contract and got the iPhone 5 on the 16th Jan, my phone has been working fine until I did the LTE 6.1 update. My phone keeps on dropping service every minute non-stop, phoned the call center about 10 times they cant sort it out, went to apple store they resetted and reinstalled the IOS, also no luck, so i went to the Vodacare store where they tell me they have to send the phone in for repairs, this is where my problem comes in. The Sim doesn't fit in any other phone, they told me I have to pay for a Sim Swap to be able to use another phone then pay for a Sim Swap again when i get the iPhone back or stay without a phone for about 2 weeks? Surely this is unacceptable. I really don't know where to turn to next.
