LTE and IPhone not working on Vodacoms network

How many dropped calls and no service errors is enough? I have had my IPhone 5 since February 2013 after waiting for it for 6 months. The reason for waiting was two fold, firstly I like the apple product for connivance and secondly it was LTE enabled. So now 9 months down the line I can't understand how the phone is not able to maintain gang LTE connection and automatically downgrade the signal and then upgrade the signal according to the are you are in. Vodacom say it is an apple problem and apple say it is a vodacom problem. I say vodacom did not make me aware of the problem that that where aware of before I toke up the contract, a knowen problem which demonstrates bad faith on there part which has now resulted inme having to put up with a very unstable device that is not compatible with the vodacom network that was soled without any warnings to the problem.

Vodacom the iPhone dose not behave this way anywhere els perhaps yup should face up to the fact and do something about it. When I when's thought the Vodacom call center and was contacted with the fix and than finally getting them to admit there is a problem and I should only be 3G. NOT GOOD ENOUGH
