Dear Sirs
Please can you assist me with a problem which is quickly becoming very frustrating,
I opened a contract and received a Samsung S4 smartphone - IMEI number 357503051648576, my cell phone number is 082-4994646,
Shortly after receiving the phone it started its issues - initially opening the camera would cause it to reboot. It was sent for repairs and returned with a report to say that the motherboard was adjusted, software updated and the battery changed. I continued to use it but it developed new problems - the battery barely lasts half a day, the phone flickers and is slow and occasionally the phone gets blazing hot (whilst off charge). I duly booked it in again to be sent for repairs on Monday 4th November and it has been returned today the 6th November with a NO FAULT FOUND. How is it possible that there is no fault found when I clearly see that there is a fault?
Its very discouraging that a new phone has had to be sent for repairs and now I sit paying for it and not getting the proper use out of it. At what point am I protected by the consumer protection act and entitled a replacement?
I did send this mail to the customer care line but we I have had no luck
